 | NAGOYA -- Sometimes a luxury brand can be too exclusive. Citing shortages of critical components, including onboard semiconductors, Toyota is limiting how many orders each Lexus dealership in Japan can take. Once a dealership reaches the limit, no more orders will be accepted. Deliveries of the vehicles themselves could take months. Toyota expects parts to remain in short supply through 2023.
