Discovered over 70 years ago the Dead Sea Scrolls are considered one of the most important finds in modern archaeology. Using artificial intelligence and machine learning to digitally analyse handwriting in the 2 000-year-old scrolls, Horizon researchers have made some surprising discoveries about the people who wrote them. When we expose our skin to sunlight, cellular changes take place in our body. And while some sun can be beneficial for our health, it's also well established that too much exposure can be dangerous. Researchers studying our skin's protection system have found an "internal clock" and made some further intriguing discoveries about the effect of sunlight on our body.
