So, did we meet our 2025 health goals?
what's got us buzzing
So, did we meet our 2025 health goals?
"My goal was to drink more water, and I don't think I met it, unfortunately. I've tried labeled water bottles, carrying them around with me, adding flavor, etc., and I still have a hard time drinking enough each day. This is a years-long issue that I'm actively working on. Maybe I'll be better at it in 2026. (SOS!)" — Morgan Mandriota, newsletter editor
"I also wanted to drink more water, which I would say I've stuck with pretty well! I can tell by the more frequent bathroom breaks." — Sarah Matysiak, associate editor
"I met one of my goals, which was to strength train multiple times a week. The other one — breathing through my nose — turned out to be impossible, as I think I'll need surgery in order for that to happen!" — Ginger Wojcik, newsletter editor
"I had goals to mind self-care diligently, to get out there and be more social post-divorce, and to improve my sleep hygiene for my chronic pain and mental health. It wasn't a 'January 1st, now everything's different.' It was a progression over the year, and difficult, I might say, but I'm pleased that it was achieved." — Kristin Currin-Sheehan, editor
