One of the oldest mansions in Australia, a 166-year-old Victorian-style house in South Melbourne, sold for A$10.1 million (US$7.13 million) at an auction over the weekend. The price was A$1 million above its reserve. The two-story abode has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a modernized interior. Hong Kong New Developments Benefit From Strong Pent-up Demand

Several new developments in Hong Kong launched sales over the weekend in anticipation of a release of pent-up demand that built during the latest Covid-19 restrictions.
