| Teen Driver Safety Week Begins Sunday marked the start of Teen Driver Safety Week, and the Ohio State Highway Patrol is urging parents to help their children practice in varied driving conditions. Last year, more than 37,000 teen drivers were involved in crashes in Ohio, including 6,700 who were at fault in injury crashes and 64 in fatal incidents. Ohio has launched RoadReady Ohio, a new app for drivers with learner permits that helps parents track the required 50 hours of practice their children need before obtaining a license. More state resources are available at the state's Teach Your Teen to Drive website. | Cincinnati, Columbus Playoff Matchup Set FC Cincinnati and the Columbus Crew both advanced to the MLS Cup Playoffs, securing a first-round matchup against each other with Decision Day wins on Saturday. Cincinnati defeated CF Montreal 3-0 on Saturday, clinching the No. 2 seed. Columbus beat the New York Red Bulls 3-1 on Saturday, finishing with 54 points to claim the No. 7 seed. In all, nine communities were recognized for low crime rates, lower poverty levels, strong community engagement, well-funded public services, and high-performing schools. Sagamore Hills ranked as Ohio's safest community with a zero crime rate, offering scenic hikes, a 60-foot waterfall, and Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad excursions among its highlights. Other communities on the list included Olmsted Falls, Perrysburg, Hudson, and Chester Township.
