Vitamin B3 May Help With Skin Cancer Prevention, Researchers Say

A new study found that nicotinamide (vitamin B3) use was linked to fewer cases of non-melanoma skin cancers. The supplement was tied to a 14% reduction in future skin cancers, with the greatest benefit in people who started taking it after their first diagnosis.
