Lung Journey: From Vices To Healthy Habits

As the saying goes, having healthy habits does wonders for your lifestyle. However, many of us may find it challenging to recover from our vices and move forward.


I've been in that situation and discovered that smoking had affected my health and the community in more ways than one. With proper guidance, support, and thorough research, I learned that even the briefest lifestyle changes could improve our lives.


In the UK, our government aims to reduce the number of smokers down to 5% of the general population. Smoking is dangerous, not only to the smoker but even to the people around them.


People who smoke and those exposed to secondhand smoke are at risk and may develop severe lung and heart health conditions. Some of which are tuberculosis, bronchitis, lung cancer, and circulatory system diseases.
