The U.S. will run out of money to pay its bills sometime between July and September if Congress doesn't raise nation's $31.4 trillion debt ceiling, the Congressional Budget Office said. The U.S. Treasury has been taking "extraordinary measures" since last month — temporarily moving money around to prevent the government from defaulting on debts — but it's not a permanent solution.
When it comes to cancer, Biden is shooting for the moon. His "cancer moonshot" plan aims to cut the cancer death rate in the United States by at least 50% over the next 25 years, and Dr. Monica Bertagnolli, the director of the National Cancer Institute, is up for the challenge.
