State Covid levels remain 'low' as hospitalizations decline — Most metrics show Vermont's Covid levels to be low, even as levels in some states in the Southwest begin to rise.

Vermont restaurants may be packed, but Covid still affects staffing — "Just one person being out can affect a lot of business because we're running pretty tight with our staffing," said Cara Tobin, owner of Honey Road in Burlington.
