BREAKING: Police arrest a man in his 40s for shooting Japan's Shinzo Abe

	Japan's ex-PM Shinzo Abe shot, reportedly in cardiac arrest TOKYO -- Former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was attacked with what appeared to be a gun on Friday while making a street speech in the western city of Nara. He is believed to have been gravely injured.   Abe was rushed to a hospital in Nara Prefecture by helicopter.   The Nara Prefectural Police have arrested a 41-year-old man, a resident of the city, on suspicion of attempted murder.
