Lab-grown and mined diamonds share the exact same chemical composition, the same hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), and the same refractive index. They're created using High Pressure High Temperature technology that replicates the same extreme conditions that form diamonds underground — atom by atom, layer by layer. The result is a diamond that passes every diamond tester and is graded by the same independent standards as any stone from a mine. |
The difference is the price. Voss+Agin's 1 CTW earrings retail at $849 for mined — and $299.99 for the identical stone in solid 14k gold, AGI certified, handcrafted in the USA, and shipped in a luxury gift box. Every stone is graded Color G, Clarity VS, Round Brilliant cut — near the top of the grading scale. |

Tennessee Pharmacies Sell Potent Ivermectin, Led by Anti-Vaccine Doctor Who's Taken 'Bucketloads' |
 |
Four years after Tennessee became the first state to allow ivermectin without a prescription, one anti-vaccine physician has quietly become the linchpin of a statewide pharmaceutical market selling the drug at up to 20 times standard strength. |
|
In 2022, Tennessee became the first state to allow adults to buy ivermectin from a pharmacy without seeing a doctor first — using a blanket prescription from a collaborating physician. |
Dr. Denise Sibley, a vaccine opponent connected to RFK Jr.'s Children's Health Defense, has signed agreements with at least 40 pharmacies across the state, enabling them to sell the drug to anyone who walks in. |
WHY IT MATTERS Ivermectin is a legitimate, FDA-approved drug for specific parasitic infections — but clinical trials have consistently shown it does not work against covid, cancer, or the other conditions being marketed in Tennessee pharmacies. |

Quick Health Brief |
A couple of things worth a minute this week. |
💉 Nutrition · What to Eat on a GLP-1 Medication |
GLP-1 drugs like Ozempic and Wegovy dramatically reduce appetite and slow digestion which sounds like a weight loss win, but creates a hidden problem. When you eat significantly less, you have fewer opportunities to get the protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals your body needs. |
Research from the STEP 1 trial found that a meaningful portion of weight lost on semaglutide came from lean muscle mass, not fat — which is exactly what you're trying to avoid. Read more → |
💧 Hydration · Should You Drink Electrolytes in the Morning? |
Your body wakes up in a mild state of dehydration every morning — you've gone 7–9 hours without fluids while your body was actively repairing, producing hormones, and regulating temperature, all of which require water and electrolytes. |
Plain water rehydrates, but electrolytes help your cells actually absorb and use that water by restoring the mineral balance that governs fluid movement in and out of cells. Research shows even a 1–2% drop in hydration overnight can cause brain fog, slower reflexes, and reduced concentration. Read more → |

RECIPE OF THE WEEK |
|
|
|
Sorrel tea is made from dried hibiscus flowers steeped with warm spices — typically ginger, cinnamon, and cloves — then chilled and sweetened to taste. The result is a deep crimson drink with a flavor somewhere between cranberry and pomegranate, with a natural tartness that makes it genuinely refreshing on a hot day. |
