The project would play a big role in the Port Lands' residential offerings with 1,626 dwelling units spread across a proposed three towers of 43-, 46-, and 49-storeys.
 
The acquisition marks BC-based Anthem Properties' first investment outside of Western Canada, with more to come, said the company's CEO.
