The inspirational women featuring in 'life after cancer' calendar A woman from Alsagers Bank who was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer is featuring in a calendar for 2024 along with a group of women who have all been diagnosed with cancer. Flick Rackstraw and the Pink Sisters support group, based in Meir, decided to create the calendar - titled 'Life After Cancer' - to show that people can still have fun and achieve even after being diagnosed with cancer. The 46-year-old was diagnosed with stage two breast cancer in May 2022 after finding a lump three months prior, and has undergone rounds of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and a lumpectomy along with various different medications.
