Mōrena e hoa and welcome to the spookiest day of the year!
My Dad scolded me the other day for being excited about Halloween, and while I do not like that it is an expression of American cultural imperialism…I’m a goth who likes candy. They were going to get me eventually.
For this year’s Halloween quiz I tried to stick to imaginary creatures that you could be dressed as at a Halloween party…but then a fun Halloween song came out and I decided to add that instead.

Team/name:
Have a spooky day my friends.
Kirsti.
1960s:
Little Jackie Paper
Loved that rascal Puff
And brought him strings and sealing wax
And other fancy stuff
1980s:
She had an horror of rooms, she was tired, you can't hide beat
When I looked in her eyes, they were blue but nobody home
Well, she could've been a killer if she didn't walk the way she do
And she do
She opened strange doors that we'd never close again
1990s (US):
We're off to never-never land
Something's wrong, shut the light, heavy thoughts tonight
And they aren't of Snow White
Dreams of war, dreams of liars, dreams of dragons' fire
And of things that will bite, yeah
Sleep with one eye open
Gripping your pillow tight
1990s (Ireland):
But you see, it's not me, it's not my family
In your head, in your head, they are fightin'
With their tanks and their bombs and their bombs and their guns
In your head, in your head, they are cryin'
2010s (musical):
I can be a sexy pirate
Or a sexy ballet dancer
I can be a sexy doctor
And cure some sexy cancer
2020s:
I'm shackled, there is no way out
I can't escape
When you turn out the lights
You make me feel like it's Halloween
