When it comes to food, there are few things that I look forward to more than a big-ol' salad (which I have EVERY night…that I eat) loaded with a "kitchen sink" assortment of greens, veggies, protein, and whatever other array of nutritious goodies (like nuts, seeds, fruit, and nutritional yeast) I have on hand. Odd as it may seem, I know Coach Cristina (and Elaine from Seinfeld, for that matter) shares my affinity for the "big salad"; in fact, she just posted her very own high-protein summer chopped salad, and let me tell you, it is packed with nutrition and flavor, and it is sure to satisfy even the most voracious appetite -- and it will give your chewing muscles a good workout, a highly underrated benefit.
