Official sources said that the storage capacity of the Mallana Sagar reservoir is 50 TMC of water, part of the Kaleshwaram project of the TRS (Telangana Rashtra Samithi) government. Rao said that 20 lakh acres of land would benefit from the Mallana Sagar project. He thanked all the personnel who helped in the construction of this reservoir.
