1-routine blood test
Women should get regular blood tests done regularly. Blood check-ups if done regularly can help in detecting any problems before they arise. Routine blot test may include anemia test, blood pressure test, costrol check up, blood glucose test, vitamin D etc. Blood test must be done twice a year.
2-mammogram
Let us tell you that a mammogram is an X-ray of the breast. Mammograms are used to detect signs of breast cancer. Breast cancer is considered to be the second cancer related factor in the death of women. Women usually see the onset of mammograms by age 40, even women who have it every 1 or 2 years. However, some doctors suggest that women should start getting these tests done at the age of 50. Many types of changes are seen in breast cancer such as pain in the breast, lump, change in skin color etc.
3-pelvic probe
Most women do not know about pelvic examination. But let us tell you that pelvic examination examines the reproductive organs of women, it detects infection, cancer, and many other diseases. 4-Bone Density Test (BMD)
Bone density test detects the diseases of bones in the main parts of the body of women. The bone density test is performed using a variety of machines, but the most common technique is a dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) scan. This test finds out about the risk of breaking bones. This test uses X-rays to measure calcium and other bone materials present.
5-Female Hormonal Profile
This test is done due to hormonal imbalance of women, lifestyle changes. Hormone blood test can reveal important information about a woman's health. Through this test, it also contributes significantly in the detection of PCOD / PCOS, thyroid disease or diabetes. Hormonal profile tests may include estrogen, progesterone, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), testosterone/DHEA, thyroid hormones.
